When are the Bank Holidays in the UK?
The next bank holiday is Easter Weekend, with Good Friday on 19th April and Easter Monday 22nd April. If may feel like it’s been a while since you last had a day off. So, an Easter package break in the Lake District could be just what’s needed.

As for other times of the year, your day off can be spent out in the countryside. Specially organised walks and other outdoor activities take place in and around Windermere. Plus it’s an ideal time to visit the local attractions.

In fact, many of the local castles and stately homes come to life in the Spring.
